Refund policy
Please email info@runtorevival.com to request approval for a return.
Items returned in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging will be eligible for store credit if returned within 15 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase will be required in the form of a receipt or gift receipt. Please include a photo of your receipt or order # in your email.
Once you receive email approval, returns as well as the original packing slip, should be mailed to: Run to Revival, 145 South Chestnut Ave, Earlham, IA 50072. Once items have been received, inspected and approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that will be emailed to the email address we have on file.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for earrings or hats. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We DO NOT offer refunds. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit in the form of a gift card that will be emailed to the email we have on file.
